All aspects of service delivery within Atlas is managed and controlled using processes that are 100% compliant with ITIL Quality Control and the ISO 27001 Security Standards. Atlas has developed internal tools and uses external software to ensure that every task assigned to a member of the engineering team follows the predefined and established workflow and business process.
